    East Gadsden Kmart to begin liquidation sale next month

    The store, at 75 E. Broad St., was one of 79 stores on a partial list of closures that was released in December, and will be one of between 100 and 120 Kmart and Sears stores nationally that will close.Kim Freely of Sears Holdings Public Relations on Thursday said a ';liquidation sale'; will begin at the store the first week in February.
